Talk Therapy
We start with your story. I listen. I ask questions. I make sure you feel heard before we go any deeper. "Tell me about them" or "tell me about what happened" is almost always where we begin.
Brainspotting
A brain-based approach that helps your nervous system process the things words alone can't always reach. It's gentler than most people expect, and it's remarkably effective for grief, trauma, and stuck emotions.
Somatic Work
Your body holds onto experiences your mind has tried to move past. Somatic work helps your nervous system feel safer, so your inner world becomes more manageable over time.
What healing looks like
Over time, clients start to feel more grounded and less overwhelmed by their emotions. They become kinder toward themselves. They learn to sit with their feelings, set boundaries, ask for what they need, and build a life that feels more balanced.
